They have crab cakes and crab bisque on the menu. As for the name it's just that a name. They also have blue eyed in the name but don't serve eyeballs as far as i know.
The street or any of the public parking areas.
Across the street. Totally different kind of restaurant
Had lunch, food was outstanding more than I could eat. I will definitely stop there for lunch again in the future
Yes you'll be fine
If you build one, they will come...
I've been there multiple times every appetizer and meal has been delicious,my favorite restaurant in Plymouth
We sampled some appetizers on our visit. Everything we had was delicious!
The papas rellenas were good, but there wasn't much meat in them. My wife's steak salad was good, but the steak was WAY overcooked. She asked for medium, and it was beyond well done. Same for our son's burger. It was too tough to cut with a steak knife. The conch fritters had almost no conch, and the pieces were so tough that I had to spit them out like little pieces of rubber. The service was friendly but unbelievably slow. I very much regret the time and money I spent here.
Great choice for food and beverages but you must try the Banana Garlic Wings.. they are THAT dang good
The swordfish lettuce wrap salad was amazing, and once again the hamburger was killer, the gouda cheese is the key, this is the best tasting burger in America's hometown
Initially I was a bit disappointed, the menu had changed. That changed quickly when my meal was brought out! Absolute deliciousness! Bravo!
“Dog friendly” only at certain tables outside. 3 tables were open outside but we “weren’t allowed to sit there” since we had our dog with us. We’re told an hour wait. Don’t worry, we will take our business elsewhere that doesn’t designate “dog tables” at an outside restaurant. #touristtraptrash
Took awhile for the food to come but the Steak Salad was excellent.
Amazing service and amazing drinks! You have to try the pineapple pickle back shot! It is sooooo yummy! The Hummingbird is great too. It's very girlie in just the right way. Tony is a great bartender. The fish fry is very good too. It is crispy and slightly sweet like coconut.
Very interesting menu with some genuine Caribbean dishes, different. A nice change. I should deduct a star for the hard no-cushion chairs and the dirty upholstery on the patio sofa, but I really appreciate authentic, different food, so...five stars.
Dont order here if you have high expectations for take out. Not terrible but similar to undercooked Friendlys as of today.
Food was fantastic. Great atmosphere. Extra precautions were made for Covid 19.Reservations recommended.
Quaint and cozy. All the employees were very friendly. The disappointment was having to wait over an hour for a table only to find out after being seated is that Sunday's is pretty much brunch all day and they were out of quite a few things that they needed to sub something else in it's place only to find out they were out of substitutes as well. The food in itself wasn't bad, just not worth the cost or the wait for a very expensive brunch. I would definitely try them again (not on a Sunday) to really see how good they are and the varieties they have.
I love the food here. They are rather small but food is dynamite! You should try when you are in Plymouth.
Great location with view of the harbor when sitting outside. Food was delicious with a good variety to choose from.
Great selection of carribean flavors in a modest but colorfully setting The rum selection is better than most restaurants, but not as extensive as I hoped. The out door seating is especially appealing if it's a warm day. I'll be back.
Awesome place for good food in the waterfront area. They also sell hot sauce if you are into that kind of thing .
3:00 on a Sunday, no crab cakes, no salmon, bartender was not very friendly, So your Chef couldn't make crab cakes Sunday morning for your 3:00 menu????? Sad, rookies. I'm always down the waterfront, my last time in this Restaurant
We've been a few times, really creative and well made cocktails, craft beer list and excellent regional Caribbean cuisine. This recent visit for Sunday brunch was outstanding. Impossibly good chicken fried steak. Moderate acoustics and quirky fun design with bold colors. Recommended.
This is a great restaraunt whether it be for lunch or dinner. The food is absolutely delicious. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Treat yourself if you are in the area.
Blue Eyed Crab is one of my favorite restaurants around. Place rules, food is always delicious. Just watching the food being put out for the servers to come pick up makes my mouth water every time. Just the presentation of each and every dish is beautiful in its own way and makes my taste buds tingle. The crab does it right. Check them out.
Enjoying lunch here with excellent service, delicious food and amazing drinks ... Mai tai and hibiscus bubbly marguerite .
Creative dishes paired with fun, tropical cocktails. The homemade hot sauces are awesome
Definitely a unique restaraunt! Tasty crab cakes, as well as cornbread. The food was good, and the outdoor seating was perfect. The only downside was our server, who paid very little attention to us and didn't share the specials, nor did she refill our waters.
This was my third time here, once when they first opened then a year ago, now today. Food was delicious every time. Fresh seafood with a Caribbean flavor. It was dead when I first arrived but filled up quickly.
Misty is the best host ever! I'm happy to find new food!
Great brunch, I kinda wish their regular menu would have been available at 1pm. But I did enjoy the brunch.
Excellent food! One of the best swordfish dishes I’ve ever had
We love this place! The food is excellent. We stop here every time we pass through Plymouth!
Loved sitting in the patio. Service was great and the food was unique. We had the plantain jerk chicken sandwich and banana wings. Both freaking amazing. The Roxy's hot sauce was so good I bought a bottle
Love this place!!! Crab bisque, banana and garlic chicken wings and hibiscus margarita! And key lime pie!!
Lovely ambiance to this place, with a cute and colourful sea theme. The food was excellent and the service warm and friendly!
I was at a nearby convention and ran over to get some lunch. Decided to order something I've never heard of. Actually, pretty much everything there I'd never heard of. Now that I think about it, it was my first time in a Caribbean/ Cuban type restaurant. It was some delicious pork dish. After the first bite I was like well I'm definitely coming to this place again. Only complaint would be a pet peeve of mine is when the server sets down water with a lemon in it. Excuse me but please don't push a beverage trend on me without asking me if I want it first. Also, sliced fruit at restaurants are totally disgusting and unsanitary. That's actually according to the Center for Disease Control as well as my own opinion so... I don't believe in sending back food either because people can be really immature. As it was, the waitress got a little snippy with my friend when she asked her to clarify something on the menu. But overall I really liked the place and the cornbread was delicious too.
I really liked their dishes. I always get great service there. The place is neat and the staff members are always very friendly. Keep up the good work.
Heard from several locals to check out Blue Eyed Caribbean Grill. Great location, right by the water, with a deck overlooking the harbor. Fresh seafood, both on the menu and daily specials. Delicious and unique cocktails should be ordered. Try the Punch, with guava and rum. We enjoyed the shrimp and lobster creole, pork and guava arancini, a warm lobster roll and lobster bisque with lots of lobster. A fun place, with a good view.
Outstanding Diners Drive Ins & Dives stop. Grilled Calamari, Plantain Chicken Sandwich and Key Lime in a jar.
The waitress was very helpful. And helped us pick what ended up being a delicious meal and drink!
Nice waterfront location with dog friendly outdoor patio. Eclectic island flavors (Cuba, Jamaica, Bahamas) with large selection of rums. Wait staff excels. Very fun on a nice day.
The food we had was good but it is definitely for a unique taste. There were a few things not available one being what I planned to order. Much of the food is spicy which I believe is their niche. My wife had chicken wings and I had crab bisque, both were good. Also able to eat outside which was nice. Finicky eaters may want to try a more reserved menu. Limited menu also which they have down to a tee for preparation.
Menu was hard to read, poor color choice for the font. Food was just so so, prices were high for the quality of food.
Great spot to grab a bite and drinks. Great food - friendly staff. Really great place for seafood and to try one of their many yummy drink specials.
We were visiting from out of town and tried to eat here with 6 adults and 2 kids under the age of 2 for dinner. Strollers aren’t allowed inside so we asked to sit outside. They told us we could sit outside but couldn’t push the tables together. We proceeded to move the tables ourselves (took about 15 seconds) and got everyone situated. Someone who claimed to be the manager then came out and told us to move the tables back because they have “sections”. They only allow tables of 4 outside which is dumb to say the least. Not to mention only one of the six or so tables was being used. We left and went across the street to the Cabby Shack. They had no issues accommodating us and the view of the harbor was better from their roof. A couple recommendations for the owner:1. Make it easy for customers to give you their money.2. Hire associates (management especially) who can also find solutions to make it easy for customers to give you their money.
Loved this place! Ask for the items seen on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives you won't be disappointed. Great atmosphere and outdoor seating with water views.
Fun atmosphere, variety of delicious savory dishes. I had the pecan encrusted flounder, oysters and key lime pie in a jar. My husband had Grilled Garlic Lime N.Y. Sirloin and Maine crab cakes. We loved every dish, each was seasoned and cooked perfectly! We had the Mango MaiTai and Lime and Coconut they were devine.
Great food! Complex dishes executed perfectly
I just liked their dishes. I always get excellent customer service here. The place is well kept and the cashiers are always super nice. Keep up the good work.
Love this place
Got takeout from here and the fries were not cooked and tasted like cafeteria french fries. The tacos were also missing two ingredients that were listed. Disappointed considering the price.
Food was really good. Made to order. Scallops were on point. Service was friendly. Nice view of the harbor from both the deck and inside.
Went for Valentine's dinner , the waitress was great the food was amazing..started with oysters and conch fritters, I had the pan seared tuna and my boyfriend got the fish fry.. everything was absolutely delicious.. if it's available do yourself a favor and get the coconut mousse for dessert
